We have almost 13 years of experience project managing the development of new programs - certificates, diplomas and industry training. Using your well-established model as a framework or recommending our own approach if you wish, we work closely with your team to help you manage the workflow for the entire project or even just a portion of it.

  • conduct environmental scans and needs analyses 

  • develop program proposals and concepts

  • develop program objectives and course outcomes

  • conduct outcome mapping review

  • recommend and/or hire subject matter expert course developers (and provide them with instructional design support)

  • project manage the development team

  • project manage communication flow

  • liaise with other support teams, such as marketing and registration

  • generate final project documentation


We work closely with your team and with subject matter experts to design a course, training module, industry workshop and more - all focused on the success of your learners. We follow well-established industry best practices such as ADDIE, Universal Design for Learning principles and authentic assessment throughout our development practice. We can work with you to:

  • create program/course learning outcomes and/or core competencies

  • develop authentic assessments and associated rubrics

  • develop learning plans and activities

  • develop content and learning objects

  • assess resources to support learning

  • propose teaching strategies and plans

  • provide documentation such as curriculum maps, curriculum frameworks and course outlines

  • transition across delivery modes such as in-class, hybrid and online

The Program Quality Review follows a comprehensive, bias-free process in which programs are assessed against established quality criteria (from your organization and/or the appropriate Ministry) and your organization's strategic goals and directions. Reviews include:

  • credential requirements and review

  • organizational strategic directions and review

  • professional designation review

  • detailed curriculum review including learning activities and assessments, outcomes mapping and prior learning assessment 

  • program governance review

  • admissions, enrolment and retention review

  • learner experience review

  • program resource requirements review

Our final report includes recommendations arising from the comprehensive review as well as a suggested implementation plan.
